About Sonati

Sonati is a nonprofit Costa Rican association dedicated to carry out free environmental education for children and youth in rural and urban educative centers.

In Sonati we believe that the most efficient and moral manner to protect the environment is to involve the local public in this mission, to promote both nature conservation and social sustainable development. We do that by increasing knowledge, love and care toward nature and empowering local youth to become voice of positive change in their communities.

We also strive to promote responsible rural ecotourism initiatives and provide free professional consulting for such ventures.
